| Welcome to the Padonia Station Page!! We play trivia every MONDAY NIGHT at 8:00pm! We have now offiicially completed the first game of the second half of Season 12 (week 5) and my goodness what interesting scores we had this evening. Apparently that final question truly was a tricky one as a bunch of teams had scores well below their usual average. This is good for teams that did well tonight as it allowed them to make up some ground. In a move that seems like it has been a long time, the Unholy Alliance finally get a win here at Padonia Station. They went back to playing MoneyBall and decided to stop giving the other teams a chance. They played a very strong game and used their veteran wiles to survive that final question. While the win doesn't quite move them into the top 2 yet, it definitely puts them in the neighborhood. Which is very scary for those above them. Roland the Headless Gunner Thompson remains in first place on the Leaderboard, and Like It on Top remains in 2nd place, though these past couple weeks have really cut into their lead over the other teams. There are 4 or 5 teams easily within striking distance of those top spots now. Should make these next three weeks a sight to behold, that is for sure! The Season 12 Championship Game takes place on Saturday, August 8th at 7pm at Belisimo's in Finksburg. The top 2 scoring teams in Season 12 from each location will be invited to the Championship Game. The Springfield Division playoff game will be held on Saturday, August 1st at 8pm at the Reisterstown Batemans. The top 20 teams in points from each division (who are not part of the top 2 teams that get automatic bids) will play in a playoff game, and the top 5 scoring teams in that game will advance to the Championship Game. | ||||||||||
